MEET PATISSIER SARAH Biblo.
Welcome to our little Pastry Boutique .
I am Sarah Biblo along with running my (previously) home based Patisserie Biblo, I am also a Pastry chef , stylist, recipe developer.
Biblo is my patisserie currently based in Bahrain, it all started as a home based bakery a market stall in Dubai back in 2012.Moving around the world as a home based business from Dubai,Jordan,Riyadh to Bahrain where we decided to open our first physical patisserie here in Bahrain!
Biblo was designed to look and feel like home. As someone who loves to travel and explore new places, I often found myself missing my childhood house. It was there that I learned so much and developed my passion for baking, watching my mom create delicious cakes. That house will always hold a special place in my heart.
I want to share its beauty with the world, reminding us of simpler times, innocence, the coziness of being around family, and those unforgettable joyful moments. We decorated our windows with authentic Belgian lace curtains, just like the ones in my childhood kitchen that brought back so many nostalgic memories.
I remember the first time we hung the lace curtain at Biblo; it instantly transported me back to my mom’s kitchen window, adorned with this beautiful work of art. The way the sunlight filtered through the lace, casting delicate shadows, always made the room feel magical.
I hope you feel the same warmth and love when you visit Biblo, experiencing the beauty of simplicity and the love we share with you, even without knowing you so u can share it with your surrounding too!
With a Belgian soul and a Middle eastern twist, I love creating new treats every day. All of my cakes are baked with organic and low intervention ingredients.
I have, and always will, believe that quality ingredients is absolutely the key to obtain the best products. I m so lucky to work with a team of passionate artisans , true artisan.
We use the best quality ingredients mainly from Belgium,France and all around the world. We also use authentic traditional techniques to ensure the highest quality .

The Ingredients
QUALITY BIO INGREDIENTS FROM AROUND THE GLOBE
The majority of the products that we use are organic, without causing damage to the environment, harmful chemicals or additives.
We use organic unbleached flour, pure French butter, French cream, the finest Belgian chocolate.
We work with the seasons to create baked goods that are full of pure flavour.
Organic foods respect seasonality, the timing of nature and the natural cycles of the land.
Our packaging is completely BIO friendly: 100% recyclable and biodegradable.
